Summary: In recent decades we have witnessed profound changes in the production system that occur at a rate such that the population can be difficult to adapt to changes in a satisfactory manner. Faced with this reality, the qualification is becoming one of the main ways for labor insertion of the subject, for their personal development and ultimately to the development of society in general. Today, more than ever, takes on special meaning training throughout life. One of the, Â ¡first elements that describe that journey formation of the person is your step by the school, in many cases, will determine subsequent process of transition to the workforce. Here, students who fail and drop out of formal education at an early age is more likely to be excluidoen the diferentesámbitos sociocultural, economic work. The social integration of young people who have left school with low levels of qualification and, in turn, belongs to geographical areas in social disadvantage is the focus of the study presented. The ethnographic research conducted seeks to deepen the feelings of the players, learn how to interpret his status and social circumstances of the moment. In parallel, one of the essential goals of this study is to analyze the role of training profesionalocupacionalen the process of insertion laboralde this population. To achieve these objectives we have conducted a case study. We raised more in-depth knowledge of an occupational training program involving the youth population of Córdoba that has very low levels of training. In particular, the investigation focuses on Experiences program called Joint Training and Employment, developed by the City of Córdoba-Juntade Andalusia, in the year 2003.
