    Summary: The thesis examines the type of knowledge created by the Internet in young students españoles.La theoretical part introduces concepts such as evolution of rationality; daily life of the individual against the social system, cultural patterns; rates conocimiento.Así as instruments media to show the reality distant; focusing on the Internet, with its peculiarities discursivas.También collects theoretically the most important elements that make up the identity of those jóvenes.Las independent variables used in the empirical study were: sex, education level, number of hours the use of the environment and ages.     Summary: INTRODUCTION The valuation of jobs can be a key tool in personnel management in many companies and is subject to constant change and not a few complexities. Those responsible for human resources organizations require these swaps for the valuation methods are best suited to the technical changes and organizational businesses are suffering. In addition to the constant changes in industrial processes, the adaptation of industries to the environment is now a reality. The company is forcing the industry to comply with environmental regulations or otherwise face sanctions or sources disappear. The sum of all these factors, it involves changing the valuation of jobs for the implementation of environmental variables. As a result of this change, many authors think that the valuation of each job change, and whether the valuation method has been implemented with the aim of remuneration to staff, knowledge on the environment, new environmental responsibilities focus on the application of this knowledge to the tasks of each job impact on the remuneration of each job. On the other hand, although few companies in the sector that have implanted graphic systems for assessing posts. Now is an emerging demand increasingly beset by the board of these companies, human resource departments and trade associations to be implanted and achieve more equitable remuneration schemes for employees. In conclusion, this research is motivated by the demand for a system of valuation of seats it is generally applicable to most companies in the sector and chart showing among its main factors environmental parameters. OBJECTIVES The main objective in the investigation is as follows: * Know as amending one of the methods of valuing jobs -Puntos by Factor-, for the inclusion of environmental variables and their applicability to organizations within the sector chart. But in addition to this main objective, we can highlight the following secondary objectives: * To investigate the current status of the valuation methods of jobs and their relationships with the environment. * Identify which of the valuation models of jobs would be best suited to be implemented in companies in the sector chart. * Set a general model for assessing positions to be operating in most of business graph. * Identify what environmental variables affect companies in the sector figure in each of its processes. * Ascertain whether appear new raw materials more respectful of the environment, which forms evolve the amount and type of waste and the impact and importance of certification systems in the graphical sector in the coming years. * Evaluate the impact of the environment in training, pay and employment. PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT GOALS ACHIEVED In this section detailing terms chronological stages completed in this investigation and whose end result will provide a new method of valuation of jobs apply sector organizations graph.     Summary: This Doctoral thesis presents some of the works and investigations of Pierre Naville (1904-1993) in the field of sociology of work. Based on these deals to problematize critically mode formalization characteristic of the object of sociology of classical and contemporary work. In Part One is problematized latter criticism from a rereading of some of the authors, schools and most prominent landmarks in the manuals for use in our country.     Summary: This paper discusses the concepts of moral authority and autonomy within the perspective of the French sociologist Emile Durkheim (1858-1917). The relationship between these concepts have traditionally been conceived in the field as a sociological problem, because the dominant interpretations on the issue put to this author as a spokesman structural sociology from which society is conceived as a moral power constrictivo, where the creativity of the actors is poorly developed. On this basis, the moral authority of the society is often taken as a rigid principle of determination, apartir which the individual's participation is regulated, by way of an act scheduled. Asentado on this explanatory framework, the role of autonomy would rather appear to be invalid. In contrast to these interpretations, this work addresses the analysis Durkheima referring to two crucial areas of his work: 1 - The moral individualism (thematic universe makes sense in which the notion of autonomy). 2 - The functions symbolic of religion and the sacred. Based on the analysis of this dual track, we intend to redefine the relationship between the concepts traditionally moral authority and autonomy, with special emphasis on the pedagogical implications of this problem.
