  • CONTINUING TRAINING IN SPAIN 1993-2000. THE CASE OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID.

    Summary: This dissertation focuses primarily on the results of two national surveys of continuing education that has developed during the decade of the 90's, both at the national level and in the community of Madrid, and its impact on the labor market. With the reference of the welfare state as a theoretical framework in which they develop active policies of the labor market, analyzes the results offered by the various surveys that have been conducted from various agencies (European Union, Spanish State, UCM.Afyde, attribution and CPT Madrid), while also carried out an analysis of sistmas continuous training that they have established the most important countries of the European Union, in order to show the elements of Union and differentiating characteristic each system.
