Summary: The book aims to explore the influence of an event more or less distant-transition process that ended the franquismo- on the political and ideological dynamics of this, especially in regard to two aspects: firstly, the relationship between how the transition finally took place and the widespread politicization of Spanish society that takes place over the years 1980 to spread probably until today, on the other hand, the specific influence of this ideological transformation on the loss of much the collective historical memory. The empirical basis is used in three distinct body of empirical material; first, a series of 30 interviews conducted open by the author of the thesis with active members of political life during the transition, which formed part of various movements and parties the opposition to Franco. Secondly, through the re-use of the transcripts of the group discussions of a continuing investigation conducted by the CIS between the years 1979 and 1982, of whom was selected a representative subset that allows an approximation privileged to existing social representations during those years, and especially the different ways to deal with a social and economic crisis omnipresent. Finally, through the reuse of another set of focus groups, in this case made in the mid 1980 and already showing the traits of a profound ideological modernization. Among others, the failure of worker identity, the widespread disinterest by politics and the emergence of myths for the future as new technologies.

Summary: This research aims to show what were the speeches newspaper about the Fourth World Conference on Women in UN Women celabrada in Beijing in 1995.Para It has conducted a thorough analysis decontenido of the eight day's biggest in Spain this now, in over ten meses.Los results obtained allow to speak of the existence d eun dominant journalistic discourse and the various frames that each newspaper used. In turn have been conducted in-depth interviews to journalists covering information and some of the main actors in the Conferencia.En this dissertation also presents a comparative study on the treatment offered by the Spanish press on this summer regarding the world press and examines the responsiveness of the Conference on Spanish public opinion.

Summary: From life stories of old and old anarchist who seeks to recover the historical memory and the main traits of a political culture of resistance that are constrastados with the values of the younger generation attached to a libertarian thought. The thesis aims therefore expose a rich cultural life, a culture of opposition that has been silenced for too long. The recovery of the collective memory can help illuminate today conflictual relations between capitalism and democracy.

Summary: The objective of this paper is to analyze the problems of social exclusion through the study of those living in the garbage. The field work that served as the basis for the thoughts contained was conducted in two phases. In the first half of 2000 were interviewed 59 families living in the dump Joao Pessoa, the capital of the state of Paraiba. In 2004, a year after it was closed by order of the City Council, a second survey was conducted-in fact remained contacts, observation and analysis of documents September 2003 to September 2004 - to see which had been the impact of social policy and new work patterns and behavior of tasters or employees of the garbage. Summary: This dissertation examines one of the most important turns that have occurred during the evolution of photography in Cuba: the incorporation of the photographic medium as central to the contemporary artistic practice. Within this crucial shift, we have focused on authors who have assumed the photographic representation of the body as the foundation of his speech. This guidance that are essential in the new direction of photography finisecular of the island, has enabled us to develop a thorough analysis of the extensive production conducted by Marta Maria Perez Bravo, Rene Pena, Abigail Gonzalez, Eduardo Hernandez Santos and Cyrenaica Moreira; creators who have consolidated body and the use of photography as a tool of the plastic Cuban cardinal today.

Summary: The thesis examines the emergence and development of the movement "Queer" within the collective gay-lésbicos and relates, in comparison with other social movements, with the development of neo-liberal economic thinking. From this standpoint, it would be a Queer depoliticization of the claims of groups gay-lésbicos.
