    Summary: Currently Neoliberalism calls for trade liberalization in developing countries as a necessary condition to achieve these countries overcome their current status of underdevelopment. Based on scientific assumptions of economic theory and supported by empirical research to corroborate his theory, defenders of Neoliberalism argue that open trade is attracting increasing demand for unskilled labor in the developing countries, benefiting from the shape most of its workforce is made up precisely for low-skilled workers. The objective of this research is to analyze the evolution of the demand for skilled and unskilled labor in the manufacturing industry in the state of Pernambuco during the period 1985-1996 and concluded if, against the backdrop of the Brazilian trade liberalization, trade liberalization It has also enabled the increase in employment of the workforce with low skills in the industrial sector in the state of Pernambuco.     Summary: Welcome Vega was an itinerant photographer who developed their business in the sixties, specializing in custom graph paper, a genre photographic memory dump to let people and all social events that were part rural life in the small county Salamanca of the Sierra de France, just in a very unique moment of its becoming, as it coincides with the beginning of the phenomenon of rural exodus historically suffered more decisive for the same.
